“Myriad of Emotions”

Year:2023
Our Western culture often prompts us to suppress or label certain emotions as negative, revealing a collective lack in our understanding of the human experience. These pieces aim to challenge that perspective, urging viewers to honor and celebrate the myriad of emotions we feel— such as sorrow, anger, or ecstasy. Instead of hiding them, these works encourage us to see emotions as integral to our journey, as sacred, much like Eastern cultures do. There, emotions are often viewed as spiritual teachers and guides on the path to liberation. This approach emphasizes that feeling is the way to healing the collective consciousness , not suppressing.
